Born and raised in the Kashmir Valley, Shiban carries a deep-rooted understanding of what makes Kashmiri spices truly exceptional — the rich volcanic soil, the high-altitude climate, and centuries of cultivation traditions that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

For Shiban, importing spices is not just a business; it is a personal mission to share the authentic flavors of his homeland with the world. K&M sources directly from trusted growers across India, with a special focus on Kashmir's most prized offerings — saffron, bold Kashmiri chili, fragrant dried herbs, and hand-harvested blends.

He believes that great food begins with great ingredients, and that every family deserves access to spices that are real, raw, and rooted in tradition.
